We provide Computerized Estimating Utilizing CCC Pathways and ADP Computerized Estimating System and have the ability to provide Digital Imaging to assure accurate and complete estimates of repair and to support any request for supplements.

Our friendly, knowledgeable and professional office staff is always ready to assist our customers. We take pride in assisting our customers with any needs they may have whether it is getting into a rental replacement car or help with getting their claim reported and set up in a timely manner. We feel that the customer is our top priority and always make them feel confident when their vehicle is left with us. All of our offices are clean and professional and offer our customers Coffee, Soda and Television while waiting for their estimate. We also have a Drive‑In Estimating Area with a Lift for accurate Estimating. For the Insurance Adjuster we have separate and private offices available. We have a full office staff of Managers, Estimators and Clerks.  Photos are taken before, during and after repairs for complete documentation. Video Taped Repairs are available upon request.

 
Quality Refinishing and Precision Color Matching 
To assure our customers of a factory type finish, we utilize Heated Downdraft Spray Booths with separate Prep Stations and Prep Areas used with Vacuum Assisted Air Tools to assure a virtually dust free environment. We also have a 50 foot Heated Heavy Truck Spraying Room at the Lakewood location.

Tinting and Formulation Laboratory
We utilize Modern Computerized Color Matching and Tinting for a consistent match on all makes & models. We have the ICI Intermixing Refinishing Systems consisting of Urethanes, Base Coat ‑ Clear Coat, Single Stage, 2 Stage and 3 Stage paint processes.

We have recently added a special Dedicated Aluminum Repair Area and invested in Celette Fixture Benches and all additional special equipment and training required to repair the new aluminum type vehicles.

We have gone well beyond the norm when it comes to training and certification of our technicians. We are proud of our status as an I-CAR Gold Class Repair Facility and have received ADP and CCC training. All of our technicians are ASE Certified. We have numerous training certifications posted on our office walls to assure our customers of our qualifications to properly and safely repair their vehicles.

Our facilities are State‑of‑the‑Art consisting of Hunter Computerized Four Wheel Alignment Racks, R‑12 & R1 34a A/C Recharging and Recycling Systems. All Air Bag and ABS work done by ASE and I‑CAR Certified Technicians. Computerized Diagnostic Testing Systems are used when needed.

All Vehicles are thoroughly washed prior to the paint being applied. This process insures a dust free condition. All vehicles are then fully cleaned and detailed prior to delivery to customer.

Towing:
Our Towing Departments consists of 6 Flatbeds and Wreckers. We are fully equipped to handle any type of towing and recovery.

Storage of Damaged Vehicles
Our Storage Facilities are completely fenced, lighted, alarmed and Video Monitored. Our storage area has the capability to securely store well over 300 vehicles.

 

 

                                                               

Heavy Truck Body Shop
We have the ability to complete all phases of heavy truck repair work including frame damage at both the Lakewood and Jackson location.

Hours of Operation - Shop and Towing
All of our locations are open for business Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We provide 24 hour towing to accommodate our valued customers.
